POOR AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE

What a horrible client experience. ZERO CARE from a Client Service Manager who is currently refusing to get me her senior manager, she keeps working on my account after I have asked her to be removed. She really does not care if my query is delayed or not attended to which was the very reason I took them to the Ombudsman. It is clear that the team learns from their leaders in the business. POOR AND RIDICULOUS service. Someone get me Leeanne Irelands manager asap. she has refused to remove herself from my account... this is against the POPI Act surely. I hate being their client... This is abusive and ******** at the very least.
