Poor after sales service

Financed a car through MFC. They keep taking the money out of my account early and no matter how many times I email them about it, they just ignore me and take the money out of my account early without my consent. Also, they do not answer the phone when you call them. Was on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to hang up.
