Poor After sales service

Never responded after 25 emails, Constantia Makubela never responded if you call her you have to hold on for 30min + just for the line to get cut! I really can't anymore they will respond to your issue in the comments below and then nothing comes of it! I have taken photos of how long I had to hold the line and then just to be cut off!
