Poor admin
My car was settled last week by a dealer for the settlement amount and yet i woke up this morning with a debit order that went of , how do you people do admin , how can a installment still go off if a car has been settled , i WILL be reverseing the debit order and if it is taken again i will take action against MFC , my car was settled for the amount on the settlement quote , you cannot take another debit order after that

01 Mar 2022, 10:35Still no feedback on the above matter , i phoned yesterday and was told it would be credited to my account as soon as it reflected on MFC's side , today it shows on my statements and has cleared so it's supposed to be credited, now i get told it has a turn around time of up to 7 days which is BS , money got deducted immediately and can be payd back as soon as it showed in your account

02 Mar 2022, 12:24Ok third day now , money is not back in my account yet , do i need to get a lawyer to take legal action against you or is someone going to respond and tell me when the hell my money will be back in my account?
