Poor Account Handling

last year October my account was wrongfully debited by MFC for Mmaphuti Maria Moloto which I don't know. I called MFC to resolve this matter and have them contact Maria Moloto for her correct banking details and stop debiting my account. well this went on for about 3 months until January this year were I had to call my bank to cancel the debit order. now its June and the same thing is repeating again. how many times must one call the damn call centre to be assisted? who the hell is Mmaphuti Maria moloto that gave my banking details? why is MFC is debiting my account? stop debiting my account. you are ruining my credit record. I have sent there people countless emails trying to have this matter sorted but damn there are some *********** people at the damn call centre. STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT...
