Policy was not activated

On the 17th of August i took out an Extented Warrantee on my Audi A3 with MFC. After noticing that my instalment has not come off for the month and knowing the policy will only be activated once the first deduction, i called the customer department to find out why this has not happened. <br> <br> They informed me that the policy was never processed with MFC and that my details of my car was captured incorrectly. after numerous attempts to get hold of the sales consultant i gave up. <br> <br> I cant believe the pathetic service i've received and also the fact that they contracted and reasured me that the policy would be activated on the 25th. <br> <br> I am HIGHLY disappointed in MFC and would NEVER advise anyone make use of their services!!!!!
