POLICY CANCELLED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE - MF/PU/***

<p>I would like to report a ********** cancellation of my above-mentioned policy which I have only got to know about it when I phoned this morning (17/05/2016) since I will be taking my car in for a service & needed a policy number in case they need it for brake pads.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise, the lady that assisted me told me that the policy expired on 19/12/2015. At NO stage did I send any kind of instruction to cancel this policy. Also, no email or letter was sent to me to confirm cancellation & to also advice the revised instalment. This means that all along MFC has been getting my money for a policy that was **********ly cancelled by them.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this matter is not sorted out I have no option but to name and shame MFC for the ********** that they are. I want that policy activated ASAP.</p>
