Please Help MFC

Very disappointed in the way MFC failed to complete the process of making sure a new buyer of a vehicle actually registered the vehicle in his name. Now after a year we came to the conclusion that we need to stand in for penalties and can't renew our license on multiple vehicles that actually belong to us. We would much appreciate it if you can sort this out asap MFC!!! . Please get in contact asap
