I wish there was another way we could handle this, unfortunately I would need to cancel my contract.<br> <br> My company is going through a retrenchment process and My dept. is next. I can supply proof that we are currently in a retrenchment process.<br> I honestly did not think that this could happen, but I think it's better to be safe rather than sitting with R100000s of thousands in debt which I would not be able to pay.<br> <br> I Read up on my bikes retrenchment cover and it states the following:<br> No cover will be payable:<br> (1) in the event of retrenchment commencing within the first 90 (ninety) days of the Commencement of Insurance.<br> <br> <br> I don't know what my options are in this moment, Hopefully you would be able to assist?<br> <br> <br> The dealer cant cancel unless I provide physical proof, however I don't have any as yet because the retrenchments have not been finalized. <br> So please cancel my contract.
