Pillar to post - unanswered calls...what a gat service!!!

Been trying to call the claims team for last 3 hours. I wonder what would happen should I be in a terrible accident. I`m sure now that 99 off a 100 accidents get cleaned up after 4 hours because of Nedbank`s pathetic customer service
