Pillar to post/ No contact

My vehicle is paid up long ago, I have been trying to get MFC to release their mandate on the vehicle as I sold it, but it is impossible to get through to the correct person. A lady helped me on Friday and she said she send an urgent query to the Debt review department (who does not answer their phones). But I am still waiting for help.
