Pfano Molokwane - NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED

I have my own comprehensive insurance on my vehicle. MFC decided to add insurance on my car without my approval or even providing me with documentation to show me the type of insurance they are adding. They added it on Monday 2023.10.01 and notified me on email that my new installment amount will be more. I provided them with my proof of insurance 3 x times - No assistance. I called and spoke to Pfano Molokwane and he promised he will help me and cancel the insurance when I send him the proof which I did. I asked him 4x times just to confirm if it was cancelled as that is all I want and now he sent me an email stating it is an attended email mailbox. I just want someone to help me to cancel this insurance policy as per law you cannot be insured by 2x places and it was added *******ly. You guys take my money every month , never late and never complain when the premium goes up but now I have to struggle like this and spend so much money on airtime with people that don't want to help me.
