Payment holiday MFC

Good day. I have bad support from mfc vehicle finance . SARS unexpectedly load dubble it 88 on my salary for last two months. I paid last 8 months or more dubble 9n my normal installment after increasing it. Last month I lower it back because of deductions. Still deductions continue and we try to sort it with SARS. In the meantime my employer still deduct dubble amount for SARS. I ask mfc for 2 month holiday. Lady at client service advice that debit order is already in pipeline and that they will urgently reverse debit order if payment holiday is approved. She said I must call in again to follow up. I call today and two other ladies said that once debit order is off they can not reverse it, and payment holiday can only be reviewed at 28 April after debit order is through. I feel that MFC is not accommodating me after years of business and new one payment skipped. i am in big trouble currently and can not even get to work because of this. They really let me down.They say they can't do any thing. I'm very disappointed in their loyalty to their clients. The people assisting you give you wrong info and false hope , to find out later they don't know their work . Conversations are recorded. *** thanks
