Payment history in arrears yet all installment paid in time

<p>This finance company have been calling me every day after my due date asking if i made payment to the finace account I have with them. I made payment everyday of the due date and the last time I missed was in 2016 February. On their system it show them that i've never paid in time yet all my installment are paid on the 25th of every month. I called in to have this resolved a couple of times and they told me there is nothing they can do for me. Now I can't get g=finance because f incorrect payment history captured by MFC. I bank with Nedbank, Investments with Nedbank, current car Finance with Nedbank Credit Card with Nedbank but with the service they give me dragging my name to the mud i'm not happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>They should solve their problems and eventually solve mine</p>
