Payment debited twice

<p>MFC debited my payment twice this month, due to this, there wasn't enough money in my account for my other debit orders to go through. Needless to say, this has caused a lot of problems, ex. Being bombarded with phone calls from companies demanding payment at work.</p> <p>I went to the Westcoast mall Nedbank branch, they advised me to use the courtesy phone to contact MFC. Which I did. Unfortunately I was informed that it would take 14 days for the money to be paid back!</p> <p> </p> <p>Why O Why must I wait?? I did not make this mistake, I want the money paid in immediately. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
