Payment Break Extension - No Feedback

Dear MFC,

This email bears reference to my first email sent to MFC dated 10 June 2020 with regard to an extension to my payment break or an option to pay a minimum amount in June 2020 as I had not received feedback on my provident fund withdrawal and CCMA as I had lodged a dispute against my employer for non-payment of February salary, leave days and refusal to give me my UI19 to claim for UIF.

I did not receive any feedback so I resend the email on the 26 June 2020 as I had received an email that my account was in arrears. I had to resend the email on the 14th July 2010 as I received my statement reflecting my account being arrears. Fair enough I didn't make payment for June 2020 but I had sent an email timeously in order for me to try and make other arrangements to avoid my account being arrears, as I really don't need this kind of pressure at this moment. When I sent the email my account wasn't in arrears and I didn't receive any feedback until today which is a month later being advised that my account is under debt review, this could have been avoided should I have received feedback timeously. I send an email on the 15 July 2020 to the person responsible for my account and haven't received any feedback to date?

I have received a date 29 July 2020 to attend CCMA and believe that I will be able to obtain all the necessary documentation to claim for UIF / withdraw my provident fund and receive payment. My concern now is that 2 months’ instalments would be due by the 25 July 2020, realistically I won't be able to make full payment and I don't want my vehicle to be repossessed especially because I tried to make arrangements with MFC.

Please could you advise as I really feel I was thrown under the bus by not receiving feedback timeously. Please could you change the payment date to the last day of the month.

Your prompt feedback would be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards
