Payment arrangements

<p>good day,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm here yet again complaining about the bad service I am getting from your company. I really feel violated as on the 23rd of July I spoke to Oupa and i asked that i please top up my account with R1000 to make it R8400 till I pay off the arrears amount,however he pushed with a rather irritated voice that I pay R10000 on the acc I then agreed as I felt pushed into a corner. I have since found a weekend job just so I can honor the R10000 payments as I have other debts I need to honour aswell besides MFC acc. I made a payment of R4000 and it isn't even end of the month as yet but my acc has been handed over for repossession and again i have received no written communication nor have I received any communication from a sherif. </p> <p> </p> <p>I seriously feel like my rights have not been met as I am paying its not like I am not showing that I want to make the account get up to date. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I appreciate what you did for me previously in terms of off setting the account but that was becaus I was unemployed and I was paying this account well all these years. I have 2 years left on this acc and would like to finish every penny I owe you but feel as if i am not being accommodated. I really need to speak to someone who understands that I am willing to pay I just don't have the R15000 that is currently owing on this account in cash right now. </p> <p> </p> <p>But paying it it is something I vow on doing even if it's the last thing I do.</p>
