<p>I sent an email advising that I had lost my job but will be making cash payments.i short paid one month and was told my car will be repossessed if I don't bring my account up to date in 5 days,I advised I would make this month's full instalment and balance in the middle of the month and they are refusing,what kind of company doesn't try assist customers,I have been paying before I lost my job,just one problem they kick you out in the cold, disappointed **********
