Payment allocation nightmare

Last month in May, I paid my car installment cash and a debit order went off as well ended up paying twice. I called MFC and I told them they must reallocate the additional payment for the June 2021 installment. They adviced me to send them a mail to care@mfc. I did that. Today a debit order went off again. It inconveniences us financially. Please fix it
