Pathetic service systems are not updated

My husband and I app**** for 2nd bond we have a good credit score and was declined a month ago we received our clearance letter confirming we are no longer under debt review and they still said we skipped pmnts when all personal loans was paid up it's pathetic I even emailed bongamkwa the sales guy that assisted us he does not even respond we have been with nedbank more than 20yrs and this is the results my reference number for this is ***
