Pathetic service plan scheme by MFC

After purchasing my vehicle with MFC finance. I was called by an MFC agent who offered me a service plan, she clearly explained that all service parts will be covered. Today I took my vehicle in to Opel for a service only to find out that the timing belt needs to be changed and it has been declined by MFC. I'm am utterly disappointed as this service plan costed me 18 000 Rand ontop of my finance and I was assured that all service parts will be covered. MFCs service plans is just a money making scheme and wouldn't recommend anyone to take it or even finance their vehicle through them. Just cheating people out of their hard earned money.
