Pathetic service MFC

MFC has financed my last four cars without any issues. Usually service is faultless. They are currently financing my motor bike which I financed last year. Proof of insurance was submitted to them before I collected the vehicle which is mandatory. Now their motor happy division is harassing me for proof of insurance. They apparently tried to contact me on many occasions which never happened but they keep sending me threatening messages of implementing an insurance cover because they can't get me a hold of me. I got the latest schedule from my insurance company which I sent to them and they are still sending me threatening messages because the proof of insurance is invalid. Please bear in mind my commitment in terms of the monthly installments is always met but they are now looking for another ways to ****** my hard earned money from me. I am a hard working individual who is now expected to keep taking time of from my duties to deal with Motor happy who is trying milk money from me. This is pathetic service from them. Please take this into consideration before dealing with MFC
