Pathetic service from Nedbank (MFC)

Nedbank (MFC) is the worst bank I've ever dealt with! I have financed my new car with MFC and received an email of outstanding FICA information. I have followed the instructions and registered on their Money app which didn't work. I have called their call centre 5 times already, each time waiting about 15 minutes to speak to anyone - twice my calls have been transferred and calls dropped. The consultant who promised to phone me back the next day didn't. My issue is still to be resolved and have had no luck with the call centre. If I knew how pathetic their service is, then I would have chosen another bank to finance my vehicle with.
