pathetic service from MFC Innovation

Good day

I have cancelled the Warranty with them on the 7th March and i was told that the SLA will be on the 16th April , on the 19th April i did a follow up , till to date they have not cancelled that policy ... the service in this place is pathetic and un tolerable . every time when i call their call center im told that they have escalated the query , and the frustrating part about this is that my debit order is going off my account tomorrow .
