Pathetic service from Cindy Killian at MFC

Absolutely pathetic. I have been trying to get hold of Cindy Killian since the 24th of August I was told she is the only person able to assist me regarding my account, I have send emails and phoned daily to speak to her and she is not phoning back or replying to emails. How do you even work like this?
