Pathetic service

Terrible service ever. i have been valuable customer and paying on time until last year when i lost my job. I claimed my 6 months insurance which was a success ,after 6 months i paid 2 installments and ask for the reducing of my installment since i am no longer working ,But month end the installment went of with extra R400 and i revised it which now i am on arrears for ,But i am trying to get hold of them for arrangement with no luck ,i have send an email stating how much i can afford monthly while looking for job ,Now i am getting call that they will collect my car if i dont pay R3000
