Pathetic service

i fail to understand the level of service u guys provide and i can tell its the most pathetic by far. i had made arrangements to pay my errears in 3 months as per your terms and which i had fullfilled and even paid double the requested amount. but to my surprise u guys double debited my account. who gave u that permission? this is my acc and u don't do as u please and while u at it teach your consultant some listening skills and sort out this mess
