Pathetic Service

If i could give a 0 Star i would MFC has added insurance on my finance even though i have insurance on my vehicle as it has been a requirement for me to take delivery , also i have provided this to them 8 times and yet no one bothers to come back to us Attached is the insurance confirmation as requested.

I do not understand how you can just add an insurance policy to my account if I have previously provided the proof. Secondly, I have not approved your debit check so how can you just proceed to take the extra insurance money if this is not appliable to me.

I will appreciate if in future you make sure of your facts before adding anything, I did not provide consent to. This is unprofessional.

I will expect you credit the account as soon as possible as this is not what I signed for. PS I was instructed to provide insurance before the vehicle left the building.

When you do you audit again make sure of your facts!
