Pathetic service

Customer service pathetic, get a call from call centre with terrible attitude. Regarding my account. Firstly I asked for payment break due to circumstances, nobody came back to me, only mail I got said that they will look into it, now call center calls me and insist that they sent a mail with payment arrangement, am I stupid if I see this that I would not pay then. I have always been overpaying on my account, I don't have a problem to start paying from next month, but with attitude of mfc people, I wish that I was done paying and never to deal with mfc again,!!!!!!!
