Pathetic service

The most useless of them all. I settled the balance, sent proof of payment. I was told in 10 days documents will be delivered. Lo and behold.... It never hapenned. When I called, I was told who paid, are you selling the car, a third party wants the documents. 2 weeks later nothing was done. They are useless! Ill never refer or finance cars with them.
