pathetic service

Good day,

I have requested a copy of my finance agreement for more than a week not and every second day I ask for a update with no response. I think this is the worse co company to deal with and regret ever signing contracts with them. I have two vehicles financed with them and trying to sell one of my vehicles but they are so delayed that it cost me the deal. I will never in my life deal with them again
