pathetic service

I called the call centre with an account query where i was given the email address [Email Removed] i got no feeback and a few days later got in touch with Gugulethu Bagopa who said she would look into the matter and get back to me, until now no feedback whatsoever. Now i received an sms that my account is going to be handed over to an external agent. This is pathetic!
