PATHETIC NON SERVICE FROM MFC

I had a vehicle financed through MFC, it was ****** and we went through the entire process of settlement. The service received from MFC is pathetic, The settlement amount has been paid and it is a shlep to get the Vehicle papers, every time you contact MFC you go from pillar to post holding on for one manager then another after 24 minutes or almost 40 minutes of holding on you still have not spoken to a manager or have anything resolved. 1 Week of phoning everyday having to get the same *********** people not even trying to give you answers.

I have had installments that has gone off my account - MFC was aware that the settlement was busy being settled however they still took the installments 3 times. I want to be refunded.

I have never been so disgusted in service, Your customer service is non existence as from one call to another no one can ever help. ONE CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE IF IT IS NON EXSISTANCE. PATHETIC!!!!!!!
