Pathetic for not acknowledge trust money coming into bank account and decline of vehicle application due to that.
I wanted to trade in my vehicle and get one with a lower installment. Mfc made me run around to get supporting documents and I did. Then they declined my application because they do not acknowledge if you receive money from your investment. They say due to affordability they have declined it but I pay a monthly installment on my current vehicle of R4832. How pathetic must they be to not acknowledge money that comes into your account. Must I stop paying the installment and also say due to affordability this is declined? But we'll done for giving me a reason to bad mouth you by everyone. I would also like to know who are they to change you date of debit order to where they want it?

14 Jul 2025, 14:31Just what I expected and now I know why there is so many complaints against mfc. Mfc does not even have the decency to respond to most of the complaints on here. That's a financial company that does not care about keeping customers, so I would say they don't even care about losing customers cause they have enough?
