Absolutely appalling service, you are quick to phone and harass when a payment is "late" yet take 15 days to rectify the issue after I sent you the proof of payment via email. FYI I can guarantee you that another 15 days will pass before someone wakes up.

Then you still have the nerve to ask me to resend it as apparently there is no attachment. I don't get paid to do your job so employ people who know what they're doing.
