pathetic customer service

absolute pathetic service from mfc!!! i will never finance anything with this company ever again i have been struggling to obtain my natis papers for more than a year and a half after settling the finance, everytime i call the call gets dropped in my ear and i deal with ***********'s, i have sent numerous emails and made so many calls, pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will be posting a review everyday until i get feedback or assitance in this matter
