Pathethic Service

My vehicle was written off due to an accident, and the insurance has settled them. There was also a small shortfall which I also immediately settled. MFC has now still debited my account for the full payment of a vehicle I do not have anymore and the account settled in full. the relevant department refuses to answer their calls in order for me to receive my refund. yet they are to quick to hound people if there is a issue with payments to them.
