paid up letter

<p>why is it so difficult to get a copy of my paid up letter, i have called twice asking for it, until my phone limit was reached, get placed on hold forever and don't receive anything! </p> <p> </p> <p>you would think ur service would be extraordinary so i would use ur company again?! </p>
