Paid off car. No car papers to do transfer

My Sister who had financed her vehicle with MFC passed away in Feb. My mother who is the executor of the estate paid off the outstanding debt of the car in august 2021. We are yet to receive the car papers, the disk has expired, we are unable to insure the car. This places the asset under a lot of risk. And my mother cannot use the car.

We have communicated with numerous people in the call center and the contact Thulane Nkosi is no help. All required documents we’re submitted.
