Paid ARREARS, BUT no Vehicle

MFC (acc..no ***) is refusing to release my car without any relevant explanation. I had arrears on my car ,I acknowledge then order to pay R27100 and affidavit for proof of income .I paid and forwarded documents as well as new employment letter showing that I'm employed. But even today (8 days now) no release to the car.The lady supposed to release the is rude ,she even said she's on holiday but last week Wednesday date 2024/09/18 all documents and money reflected on their side
