OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS FROM NEDBANK

I have sent several mails to Nedbank requesting Ownership documents for the vehicle I purchased in 2005, I have been sent from pillar to post, the MFC department cannot retrieve the documents from their system, the car was paid off in 2008, but a big organization like Nedbank doesn't have records, I need these documents to clear off the car as it was ****** in December 2020.

Hi Esmeralda Bagley ,
I have been send you emails and tried calling you, but you don't respond to my mails and your number doesn't exist.
Guys I need the Ownership documents my car has been ****** and I cannot clear it off without them.
If I don't get assistance after tomorrow, I'm taking this matter to Ombuds
