Own god in payment dates

Dear MFC

Since when does MFC have the right to decide when they will be taking my premiums for my cars I have on finance on a day before the agreed date in the contract signed????

If the payment date falls on a Sunday, surely you have to push it to the following working day being a Monday, instead of moving it backwards to a Friday when I only get paid on a Sunday?

This in turn makes it look like I have missed a payment due to no funds in my account, and I get calls from your legal department saying I have missed a call, yet MFC have been the ones to cause all of this, and my credit report shows I have missed payment with MFC??

I call and hang on the line for over 20 mins and with being out of the country at the moment, it costs me R8 a minute and well MFC don't give a damn.

Please review your policy on creating bad credit records for your clients and come to the party on this, or I will be forced to move this account to another service provider.
