Overdue account

Hi, I've been dealing with Naomi at MFC for approx 3 months now.I've been unemployed, which is why the account fell behind in the first place.Long of the short is I setup a payment arrangement with Naomi to do double payments in Dec and January to bring the acc to date.Hubby didn't receive a bonus in Dec and so we paid the first double payment in January-which was accepted by MFC.Now end last month hubby's employer was meant to payout his final bonus,this hasn't happened due to sign off internally of the bonuses (this was unexpected for us).This was communicated to MFC and we committed to bringing the account to date end this month when the bonus is received-confirmation of the bonus payout from hubbys HR was forwarded to MFC as well.This wasn't received well, instead I was told to pay atleast half the amount due by the 11th or the account will be handed over...all i need 11 days to have the account to date? Last week Thursday a debt collector called saying they were instructed by Naomi to repossess my car if I can't pay the full amount due..what more can I do here?
