Outstanding customer service "Godfrey More"

After much time wasted and being shoved from pillar to post with a very *********** MFC collections team, after writing my review on hello peter I have received extremely amazing service from a specific individual called "Godfrey More" Team Leader in the collections department, this gentleman has assisted me above and beyond and has made me feel like a real customer as he has treated me with the utmost respect, that is what i call customer service, a lot of MFC staff i think need to learn a thing or 2 from this individual.

Thank you very much Godfrey More, you have truly shown me that i am not just a statistic but an actual customer instead of feeling alienated and victimized from the other staff of MFC whom i think have much to learn from you, take care and keep up the good work.
