Original vehicle certificate on a long settled debt

I've been waiting since 24th July almost a month. I've said this before my mother passed away just dealing with her affairs is too much. I guess it will take someone who lost a parent or parents like me to get request. I’m still waiting for feedback since 27th July on my mother’s document. Do I need to escalate this matter?

The documents required have been provided, I need confirmation of how much to pay to obtain the original and reason why my mother never received the original after the settlement of the vehicle.

I’m sure when your loved one passed away the last thing you need to do is struggle with their things when you grief.
