Original Nattis Docs from MFC

Account with MFC was settled in February we were told we would be able to get the Nattis Doc after a six weeks period, I phoned on 14/4/16 and spoke to Sean Kelly I asked if we would be able to get the document he then said he will have to find out and come back to me he never came back to me I then decided to send and e-mail to him directly on 20/4/16 requesting the documents of all our vehicle's that we had financed through them. No reply from him either on e-mail I have phoned twice afterwards yet nobody seem to answer the phone??
