OPT OUT means nothing to MFC

Every year MFC changes the debit order date for vehicle instalments without concent randomly. Every year I reply to Opt Out. OPT OUT means nothing to MFC. I get paid a salary on a specific date EVERY MONTH. MFC still decides to change the dates. Phoning the Call Centre is a waist of time.
