I have paid my account in full on the 23 March 2021 and 8 months later I am still waiting for my Natis documents and for MFC ,Cape Town to transfer ownership. Due to their incompetence and poor performance I am without a vehicle for 3 months due to the fact that I cannot renew my vehicle license. MFC promise and promise to send me the Natis documents but to no avail!!! Willem Payne ***.
