NRR/MFC - SMS's Threatening Action Due To Non Payment When I Have Been Paying

If I could give Nedbank Retail Recoveries NO STARS I would.

I have been making payment on my NRR/MFC account - no issue, no missing payments nothing, the one consultant confirmed this verbally.

However, I keep getting threatening SMS's instead of the promised phone calls from people who are supposed to tell me why I am receiving threatening SMS's when I am making payment?

Also, I have to keep emailing, waiting for phone calls and dealing with staff that treat you like ****, like you're an idiot and who also YELL at you because you do not accept stupid and ridiculous excuses.

I am so sick and tired of poor service, ridiculous excuses and people with poor manners when I am just wanting to know why I am receiving SMS's non stop regarding non-payment when that is NOT THE CASE - I AM MAKING PAYMENT!!!
