NOT using MFC again

I would in future rather pay more interest than making use of MFC. I settled my car quickly after buying the vehicle. The correct documentation was not with them and they had to approach the dealer. I had to call them to find that out. That is only one of the complaints. Some other issues were: - Cut off twice during a call. - Transferred from one agent to another. - Unfriendly agents - Not responding to emails. - Settlement quote vary within 12 hours.
